THE GOLDEN EGG AND THE GOOSE

Once upon a time, there lived a man and his wife they had many farms and they work very hard. They had a goose which gives a golden egg everyday. They started selling golden eggs, they got enough money and this continued for many days but they became more selfish and no they want more money to become very rich. Both became very greedy. One fine day man thought goose gives golden egg inside goose all might be gold so if we cut it we will become rich told his wife. He cut the goose and he found it was like any other goose. This foolish man lost his goose and golden eggs.

Moral of the story: Think before you act.

THE BUNDLE OF STICKS

Once upon a time old man lived with his three sons in a village. Three sons were hard workers but they quarrel all the time with each other and wont work together because of his sons this kind of behaviour old man was worried a lot about his sons future. The old man tried to explain them in many ways to unite them but failed every time.
 Years passed by but their sons behaviour remained the same. One fine day old man got very sick due to his old-age. The old man called his three sons and once again advised to stay them together but no one agreed to him.
So the old man decided to teach them a lesson and make them to know about the value and power of unity.
Another day old man called his three sons and gave bundle of sticks to each one of them, and told them to take out one stick from the bundle and break it all three of them did it quite easily. After this old man told to break bundle of sticks together but they didn't get success. The old man then explained how single stick can be broken easily and bundle of sticks cannot like wise three of you be like a bundle of sticks. All three sons understood what there father want to explain them and they came to know the power of unity. They all promised the old man and agreed to satay together happy and forever.

Moral of the story: Unity is strength.

THE FOX AND THE GRAPES

One hot summer day, a fox named "Joseph" in the jungle was feeling very hungry. Joseph could not find anything to eat nearby his place so he thought of moving out of the jungle in search of food. Joseph at last came out of jungle and for his surprise he saw a farm. The farm was full of grapes . This grapes made Joseph mouth water and thought this grapes are juicy  and tasty . But the grapes were very high hanging  to grapevines , so  the Joseph started jumping to catch the grapes but as the grapes were very high Joseph was unable to grab them. He jumped  once but could not success again he tried but failed this time also. As Joseph failed grabbing those grapes Joseph felt," huh those grapes aren't juicy as i thought and not tasty also," and lazy Joseph left the farm in search of food.

Moral of the story:- "Try try  till you succeed".

THE THIRSTY CROW

Once a crow named Kaaki was very thirsty. Kaaki searched for water here and there but didn't find water and finally Kaaki saw a pot. Kaaki fly near to pot and saw water in it but water was very down in the pot. Kaaki cannot reach to the water. Kaaki was thinking and thinking, he got a idea and and Kaaki started bringing stones one by one and dropped into the pot and slowly water started coming up. As soon as the water reach to its peak he drank and fly away happily.

 Moral of the story: Hardwork and thinking can solve any problem.

THE HARE AND TORTOISE

Once, a hare in a jungle walking along the path saw a tortoise walking slowly with a heavy shell on its back and a tortoise is not as good looking as him(hare).  Hare was very proud of himself as he thinks he looks good, stands tall and can walk as fast he can,he after watching tortoise so slow he asked, "shall we race"?.
The tortoise without any hesitation said yes and agreed to the competition.
They started the running race. The hare ran fast. But the tortoise walked slowly & steadily. The hare knowing the tortoise speed he thought 'tortoise wont reach soon and i can rest' which make him fall asleep. Tortoise ran fast but slowly and steadily and crossed hare and won the race. The hare's proud attitude made him lose the race.

Moral of the story: Slow and steady wins the race.
